Description

The Aegean Cottage is the perfect place for families with two children or two couples to spend their holidays. The organized golden-sand beach is only a stone’s throw away (450 m.) while the house takes advantage of ample green spaces with grass, shady trees and flowers, a big patio and a private veranda. There is also free access to a common BBQ with kiosk. The fact that it is on the ground floor makes it ideal for small children as well as accessible to people with disabilities.

The space

There is hardly any other house like this in the area. It consists of a living room, a fully equipped kitchen, 2 spacious bedrooms and a bathroom. The interior design follows the traditional architecture of the islands of the Aegean sea, applied with a modern point of view. Its minimalistic modern decoration gives a sence of freshness and a touch of vintage. The place is so cool during summer that not only are you not going to need air-conditioning but you ‘ll rather use some blankets at night…
Tip: If swimming is not your first priority in your holidays, I ‘d suggest you to visit the place in Spring time when the flowers are fully bloomed, the garden is almost exclusively at your disposal and you can take long quiet walks along the deserted beach at sunset time.
